At Cicero Capital Partners, LLC (referred to as the “Firm”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of our investors. As such, we have policies in place to maintain the confidentiality and security your information.

Any and all nonpublic personal information received by the Firm in the course of business with respect to investors who are natural persons, including the information provided to our affiliated funds by investors in the subscription documents, shall not be shared with nonaffiliated third parties which are not service providers to the Firm or funds without prior notice to such investors. Such service providers include but are not limited to our fund administrators, auditors, consultants, and legal advisors. Companies we hire for services of this kind are not allowed to use your personal information for their own purposes and are contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality. Additionally, the Firm may disclose such nonpublic personal information as required by law (such as to respond to a subpoena or a request for information by a regulator and/or to prevent fraud).

Without limiting the foregoing, the Firm may disclose such nonpublic personal information as required by law, including without limitation, the disclosure that may be required by the Uniting and Strengthening America Act by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT) Act of 2001 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. If the Firm chooses to dispose of an investor’s nonpublic personal information that the Firm is not legally bound to maintain, then the Firm will do so in a manner that reasonably protects such information from unauthorized access. Such policy shall also apply to the former investors who are natural persons.

Confidentiality and Security

The Firm restricts access to nonpublic personal information about investors to those employees and agents who need to know that information in order to provide products and services to you. The Firm maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.
